Sleepover Service
At the Day Centre
Carers can take a well deserved break by booking the person they care for into one of our two newly decorated bedrooms for a couple of nights. Carers can be confident that their loved ones will receive a personal service and will be well looked after during their time with us. Two members of staff are on duty and in the evenings visitors will enjoy activities tailored to their preferences. This might include a manicure, a pedicure, a game of snooker or a trip to the pub! During the night one member of staff remains awake and the second member of staff sleeps in the building and is on call for emergencies.
Short breaks at the centre can be arranged through Social Services, direct payments or privately.
Why not use the day service and the sleepover service to benefit from a 31 hour break?

At home
If you prefer we can arrange for one of our trained care assistants to come to your home to look after the person you care for. This will give you a chance to visit friends or family with the comfort of knowing that the person you care for is in the familiar surroundings of his/her own home. Alternatively you may wish to remain at home and get on with all those chores you never have time for!
Home breaks can be arranged through Social Services, direct payments or privately.
