 Information for Carers

If you are looking after someone with memory problems you may wonder what help is available to make your life a little easier.  Our Carers Support Worker can visit you at home and listen to your concerns.  She can help you find out about anything which is troubling you including  benefits, legal matters, carers’ groups, social services assessments.  If she doesn’t know the answer she will do her best to find out!
